A student from Banaras Hindu University, India, takes a summer practical training for 8 weeks at AIMLab.


prateek Mr. Prateek Singhal, biomedical engineering student from Banaras Hindu University, starts his international internship since May 17, 2011. He is trained under the supervision of Asst.Prof.Panrasee Ritthipravat at AIMLab for two months. His project is related to developing an interactive robot for autistic children.
 
   

“IM-AIM” won the invention award from the National Research Council of Thailand 2011

Telemedicine software for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma diagnosis and treatment, named “IM-AIM”, won the invention award from the National Research Council of Thailand. Prime Minister Abisith Vejajiva presented the award to Asst.Prof.Panrasee Ritthipravat, director of AIMLab, and her team at the 2011 International Inventor’s Day Convention on Feb. 2, 2011.

   

A PhD student from AIMLab receives the scholarship from the FrontierLab program at Osaka University, Japan.

 

Mr.Weerayuth Chanapai, a PhD student from AIMLab, has been accepted to the FrontierLab program at Osaka University, Japan. He conducts a research project related to tumor image segmentation with Prof. Yoshinobu Sato for 11 months. He will come back and continue this project at AIMLab on September 2011.
   

A master student from AIMLab gets the SNU-Woongjin Scholarship.

Mr. Weerayot Aramphianlert, a master student from AIMLab, receives the SNU-Woongjin Scholarship to study at SNU, Korea for 1 year. He will come back and continue his thesis on September 2011.
