วิศวะมหิดล ร่วมมือกับ National Taiwan University

คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภัทรพร โปสกนิษฐกุล รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารองค์กรองค์กร พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ ดร.สุพรรณ ทิพย์ทิพากร หัวหน้าภาควิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า และคณาจารย์ ให้การต้อนรับ Professor Hsiao-Wei Yuan, Vice President for International Affairs จาก National Taiwan University พร้อมด้วย Ms. Dheerangkun Uchino, Chief of Economic Affair จาก Thailand Trade and Economic Office (Taipei) และคณะ ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยือนเพื่อหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองสถาบัน ณ ห้องประชุม R210 อาคาร 1 คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

การหารือในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสองปริญญาร่วมกันระหว่าง NTU และภาควิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล รวมถึงโอกาสในการให้ทุนการศึกษาให้แก่นักศึกษาไทย เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ได้รับประสบการณ์ทางวิชาการจากมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำระดับโลก

นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรไทยในสาขาเทคโนโลยีเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ ซึ่งเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความสำคัญระดับโลก โดยตั้งเป้าผลักดันให้เกิดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่แข็งแกร่งระหว่างไทยและไต้หวันในอนาคตอันใกล้

The Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pattaraporn Posoknistakul, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communication, together with Dr. Supun Tiptipakorn, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, and faculty members, welcomed Professor Hsiao-Wei Yuan, Vice President for International Affairs from National Taiwan University (NTU), along with Ms. Dheerangkun Uchino, Chief of Economic Affairs from the Thailand Trade and Economic Office (Taipei), and accompanying delegates at Meeting Room R210, Building 1, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University.

The visit aimed to strengthen academic collaboration between the two institutions, with a focus on co-developing a dual-degree program between NTU and the Department of Electrical Engineering at Mahidol. The discussion also included scholarship opportunities for Thai students, enabling them to gain valuable academic experience from one of Asia's top universities.

In addition, both parties explored potential joint initiatives to support the development of Thai professionals in the global semiconductor industry — a rapidly growing and strategically vital sector. The collaboration marks a significant step toward building a strong academic and industrial partnership between Thailand and Taiwan, with the shared goal of fostering innovation and regional talent development.
