  • IEMU, Flexible Manufacturing Laboratory has successfully developed the special offline-teaching procedure for a Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) process to improve the cost-effective part forming, reducing the build-up cycle time, fit the welding parameters to part contour, high-efficient robot motion and flexibility of process design. Couple software of ROBO DK  and MATHLAB are useful tool for the digitalized-manufacturing ERA.
  • In the VDO shows the paths of robot during WAAM process for aluminum filler of  5356 grade. Actual WAAM process using an adequate parameter of double-pulsed (DP) GAMW could continuously perform over 80 minutes with 12 kg filler consumption.
