On May 29, 2025, the Engineering for Social Responsibility Unit of the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, organized a ceremony for the donation of neon lamps to benefit Wat Homkret Paisan Prachakorn School and Ban Khlong Sawang Arom School in Nakhon Pathom. The event took place on the 1st floor of Building 1, of the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University.

The event was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Korporn Panyim, Deputy Dean for Administration and Finance, who expressed support for the social initiative. He was the presiding officer during the handover of the donations. The program also included a speech on the background of the project by Lecturer Worawit Israngkul Na Ayudhaya from the Department of Electrical Engineering.

During the ceremony, the principals of both schools receiving the donations, Dr. Jane Koedpocha of Wat Homkret Paisan Prachakorn School and Mr. Natthadol Yenjaima of Ban Khlong Sawang Arom School, expressed their gratitude.

This event reflects the ongoing commitment of Mahidol Engineering’s to applying knowledge and resources in ways that support communities, demonstrating sustainable social engagement in action.
