On June 6, 2025, a delegation from the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, headed by Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, with faculty members from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, visited the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. The visit was to foster deeper collaboration in research, technology, and curriculum development. During the visit, fruitful discussions were held with University of Strathclyde members, Mr. Damion Arrigan Craigs, Dr. Sintip Pattanakuhar, and Dr. Prakaiwan Vajrabhaya, focusing on joint research initiatives and academic exchange between the two institutions.
As part of the program, Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon and the Mahidol Engineering team toured the University of Strathclyde’s state-of-the-art laboratories and research centers. The visit provided valuable insights into cutting-edge biomedical engineering technology and innovation.
