On June 19, 2025, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, welcomed delegates of the ARI TECH INNOVATION VISIT PROGRAM, including executives as well as experts in technology and innovation from several organizations. The visit was to encourage knowledge exchange and to provide a first-hand look at the state-of-the-art research laboratories at the Faculty.
The event began with welcome remarks by Assistant Professor Dr. Korporn Panyim, Deputy Dean for Administration and Finance, in Room R231, 2nd Floor, Building 1. Following this, Mahidol Engineering staff guided the guests on a tour of the facilities at the Faculty. These included the Center for Biomedical and Robotics Technology (BART LAB), recognized for its pioneering work in medical robotics, and the Brain-Computer Interface Laboratory (BCI LAB), which focuses on developing technology that connects the human brain to computer systems for future applications.
This visit highlighted the Faculty of Engineering’s strong capabilities in research and innovation, aligned with global technological trends. It also reinforced the Faculty’s commitment to advancing engineering education and becoming a leading hub of innovation in Thailand, ready to make its mark on the international stage.
