On November 6, 2025, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, held a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony with Analog Devices (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The event took place at Innogineer Studio, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. The ceremony began with welcoming remarks and an introduction of the objectives by Associate Professor Dr. Surachoke Thanapitak, a lecturer from the Department of Electrical Engineering.
The MoU will establish academic collaboration in education, professional training, and cooperative education programs to enhance the practical experiences of students and align academic outcomes with current and future labor market demands: domestic and international. In addition, the agreement will promote research collaboration, training, and academic services. This will elevate the efficiency and competitiveness of the Thai electronics industry in a sustainable manner.
Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Vice President for Research; Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; and Dr. Supun Tiptipakorn, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, represented Mahidol University. Analog Devices (Thailand) Co., Ltd. were represented by Mr. Seksan Chittanusart, Director, Manufacturing Test Engineer; Mr. Nuttapong Kaewpradit, Director, Manufacturing Operations; Ms. Suntharee Channgern, Director, HR Business Partner; and Mr. Jirawat Lakkhanawan, Government Affairs Manager. Executives and representatives from both organizations attended the event as witnesses.
This collaboration marks an important milestone in advancing electrical engineering education and fostering industrial-academic synergy. By enhancing the skills of students and professionals, both parties aim to drive innovation, strengthen Thailand’s electronics industry, and enhance its competitiveness on the regional and global stage.
