The Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, hosted the Mahidol Engineering Job Fair 2026 from 21-22 January 2026 at the multi-purpose area on the 1st floor of Building 1, of the Faculty of Engineering. The event provided students and recent graduates with the opportunity to connect with leading employers while preparing them for their successful transition into the workforce.
The opening ceremony was held at the R-114 Room, 1st floor, Building 1, Faculty of Engineering. Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, presided over the ceremony and officially opened the event. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of strong collaboration between educational institutions and industry partners in developing graduates who possess not only academic knowledge, but also practical skills and professional attributes aligned with the demands of today’s working world.
Assistant Professor Dr. Wasaporn Techapeeraparnich, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, delivered a report outlining the objectives of the event. She highlighted the Job Fair’s focus on bridging the gap between education and real-world employment, as well as enhancing the skills of students to meet the evolving needs of the industrial sector.
The event also featured a discussion forum involving university executives, department heads, and representatives from participating companies. The forum provided a platform to exchange perspectives on modern graduate skill sets, labor market trends, and the collaborative approach to talent development. These discussions reinforced long-term, sustainable partnerships aimed at producing high-quality engineering graduates ready to contribute to industry and society.
