On 26 January 2026, the Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CJ Express Group Co., Ltd. The event took place in Room R-210, 1st Floor, Building 1, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University. The agreement will strengthen academic collaboration, enhance student skills development, and improve links between engineering education and the industrial and business sectors.
During the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, expressed the shared vision for cooperation. He emphasized the importance of integrating academic knowledge with real-world experience from the private sector in order to equip students with essential skills, prepare them for professional careers, and respond effectively to the evolving needs of industry.
This was followed by a presentation by Ms. Suchanya Hemyakorn, Director of CJ Express Group Co., Ltd., who outlined the company’s vision, highlighting opportunities for future collaboration. She emphasized joint efforts in human resource development and the creation of learning experiences that will have long term benefits for students and the organization.
The MOU was formally signed by Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon on behalf of the Faculty of Engineering, and Ms. Suchanya Hemyakorn representing CJ Express Group Co., Ltd. The signing was witnessed by Assistant Professor Dr. Wasaporn Techapeeraparnich, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Faculty of Engineering, and Ms. Chayanit Chuensawat, Manager of Corporate Relations and Partnerships, CJ Express Group Co., Ltd. This collaboration is an important milestone in strengthening partnerships between academia and the private sector toward sustainable development in the future.
