Special seminar on “EVIDENCE-BASED RISK ANALYSIS AND RISK MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS FOR CLEAN MARINE ENVIRONMENT”
On 28 September 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Acting Vice President for International Relations and Corporate Communication welcomed the delegation from Kyoto University, Japan, led by Prof. Kaya Inaba, Executive Vice-President for Gender Equality, International Affairs and Public Relations. The purpose of this visit was for the delegation to discuss ongoing and future research collaboration and student exchange between Mahidol University and Kyoto University. The participants in the session include Asst. Prof. Dr.Yodchanan Wongsawat, Vice Dean for Research and International Relations and representatives from Faculty of Engineering.

On Friday 19 October 2018, Dr. Shahaboddin Yasrobi from Tarbiat Modares University (TMU ) Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering gave a lecture on practical geotechnical techniques to Master students in Civil Engineering. This lecture is part of educational program in project seminar subject.
Graduates, students and faculty members from International Master Program in Civil Engineering & International Master and PhD Programs in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering at Mahidol University enjoyed “ Welcome and Farewell Party” on 24th September 2018. This year, 5 Master students graduated from Master Program in Civil Engineering, and one Master students graduated from International Master in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering. We wish them best of luck for their future sucessuful career!!

Prof. Dr. Cliff I. Davidson, Syracuse University visit to Faculty of Engineering to discuss potential research and educational collaboration on Friday 8 Feb from 9.30 to 11.00 hrs. In addition, a special seminar had been held by Prof. Davidson to our graduate students (International Program) of Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. A technical seminar entitled “The Use of a Large, Extensive Green Roof for Multiple Research Objectives”
